AGRO-INVEST PARTICIPATES IN MIIC/IDB MSME ROADSHOWS
The Agro-Investment Corporation actively participated in The Ministry of Industry, Investment, and Commerce/Inter-American Development Bank – MSME Roadshows held August 10, November 1 and November 21, 2023.
The Roadshows were geared towards fostering growth and development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across the country, by providing information about business development services, promoting awareness of financing opportunities, and facilitating connectivity between markets and customers. The MSME Roadshows contributed to the overall strengthening of the capacity of these enterprises.
Agro-Invest took the opportunity to promote investment opportunities within the Agribusiness industry during the Mandeville, St. Ann, and Kingston staging of the Roadshows. This not only helped in showcasing the potential of the agribusiness sector but also encouraged investment and collaboration within the industry.
Initiatives promoted by the Corporation are instrumental in creating a conducive environment for the growth of MSMEs, fostering economic development, and promoting investment within the agribusiness sphere.
